Real Life Update: Refreshing My OWN Space!

Over the last couple of months and continuing into May, I've been working on tying up loose ends and refreshing areas of my own home. One of the biggest changes? I finally let go of the old spare bed no one ever used and began creating the office of my dreams. It's minimal, earthy, and fully mine - a space just for me to create, coach and connect.
I found a standing desk I've wanted for years for just $100.00, added a walking pad from Facebook Marketplace, and even repurposed a Mac from a client!
After years of working from my dining room table (and before that, a basement!), having an intentional, light-filled space upstairs, away from the day-to-day family traffic feels like a reflection of who I'm becoming as I step into my 40s.
I've also updated our hallway, transformed the old playroom into a cozy, calming TV room, and am embracing a more minimal style that feels peaceful and aligned with who I am.
Refreshing my own space has reminded me how powerful our environments are and how, in caring for my own home, I'm able to show up even better for my clients, my family, and myself.
